At Gel Blaster, we are confident that you will love our product. To provide you peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return warranty for any blaster malfunctions. Additionally, if you are not completely satisfied with our product within the first 7 days, we offer a money-back guarantee. 

Gel Blaster Replacement Process

If your product is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge within the 30 day warranty period. In case of a malfunction, we may request additional information to troubleshoot with you, such as videos illustrating the issue. Sometimes, we might ask for the product to be returned for further inspection by our engineers and to implement improvements. Please use contact customerservice@cosmoxna.com to get the return started.

Gel Blaster Refund Process

If you decide Gel Blaster is not the right fit for you or you would like to exchange, returning your unused product is an option. You will need your proof of purchase and the product in its entirety. To initiate a refund, email us at customerservice@cosmoxna.com or call us at 803-250-2926, and a Customer Support Specialist will provide you with instructions on how to get started with the process. Please note: refunds do not include original shipping costs. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to you.

Purchased from an Authorized Gel Blaster Retailer?

If you bought your product from one of our authorized retailers and wish to return or replace it, please follow the Return Process mentioned above, and we will take care of you. Note that this applies to faulty product replacement requests within our 30-day quality product warranty period. If you seek a store credit, please contact the store where the product was purchased, keeping in mind that credits are subject to retailer policies.

Price Adjustment Policy

If you purchased a Gel Blaster product and wish to exchange it due to a lower promotional price or sale that began after your purchase, your original purchase must have been made within seven (7) days of the sale start date to qualify for a price adjustment. Requests outside this seven-day window will not be eligible for replacement or refund adjustments.
